I bought a crate but I did not receive it

When you purchase a crate, it will go into the ""My Crates"" tab

If the crate does not appear in that section, please provide us with the following:

- Name of the item:
- Amount:
- Date/time of the issue:
- Amount of BP used (if purchased through the game):
- Screen shot of the purchase/market trade history (if purchased through the market):
